This crunchy sandwich can be served in a warm view of a dinner, a lunch, a breakfast. It is possible to add a dish with egg, boiled beans, parmesan or arugula. Food doesn't demand roasting, light and tasty.

It is required to you

  • - ground black pepper;
  • - sea salt;
  • - grated parmesan;
  • - beans — 1/2 glasses;
  • - lemon juice — 1 tablespoon;
  • - egg — 1 piece;
  • - arugula — 1 bunch;
  • - olive oil;
  • - a bread slice — 1 piece.

Instruction

1. Place beans in a big pan and fill in with a large amount of water. Leave in such look for 10 hours. Thus they will soften and will be ready for aftertreatment. It is possible to presoak also for longer term, then beans will be much softer. Try to change more often water, at least once at five o'clock. It is necessary for removal of the formed gases.

2. If there is no time for soaking at all, put bean in a pan, fill in with water so that above grains there were 10 centimeters of water. Bring water to weak boiling and remove. Close a cover and take in such look one hour.

3. You pass to process of cooking of beans. Bring water in a pan with beans to the boil and you boil 5 minutes. Drain water and wash out beans. Fill in with fresh water and again bring to the boil. Put small fire and you cook within an hour or two. On it cooking is finished.

4. Roast bread on a grill or in the toaster. Arrange on a flat plate, sprinkle olive oil. From above place arugula, strew with pepper and salt.
