These cookies with the refreshing lemon note, something the reminding cheesecakes, will come in handy to an evening summer tea drinking.

It is required to you

  • Cookies:
  • - 250 g of white flour;
  • - 50 g of a desi;
  • - 150 g of sugar;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 0.5 tsps of baking powder;
  • - salt pinch;
  • - 125 g of cottage cheese;
  • - juice and dried peel of a small lemon.
  • Glaze:
  • - 100 g of icing sugar;
  • - juice of a half of a lemon.

Instruction

1. We get oil from the fridge in advance that it was softened. In a big bowl we sift flour with baking powder and salt. Separately we shake up the softened oil with sugar in magnificent weight. We add egg, we mix to uniformity.

2. If you use cottage cheese in packs, we add it together with juice and lemon zest. If your cottage cheese grains, wipe it through a sieve and mix with a lemon and a dried peel. Then we add to curds flour and oil and egg and we knead soft and deadish dough. Its consistence won't allow us to create cookies palms therefore in advance arm with spoons.

3. We warm an oven to 180 degrees in advance. We cover a baking tray parchment. By means of two tablespoons we spread dough on a baking tray and we form cookies. Keep in mind that they will decently increase in sizes therefore don't spread them closely to each other! We send to the furnace for 15-20 minutes. Sign of readiness: flush from below.

4. While cookies are concerned, we will prepare glaze. For this purpose we pound icing sugar with lemon juice. We apply it on finished products, we wait for hardening and we give.
