For their preparation it is required to you: - 1 glass of boiled rice; - 1 egg; - 3 tablespoons of sugar; - vanilla pinch; - 100 g of cottage cheese; - 4 tablespoons of flour. Mix all ingredients, you stick together minced collops from weight. Roll in each product in flour, fry on oil in a frying pan from two parties to a zarumyanivaniye.
