How to make meat with baked beans in tomato sauce

The family dinner has to be tasty, nourishing and useful. Meat with haricot is that dish which can be given on an evening table. Minimum of efforts, simple products and your relatives of piglets of additive.

It is required to you

  • - 600 grams of beef or pork,
  • - 250 grams of haricot,
  • - 150 grams of onions,
  • - 200 grams of carrots,
  • - 2 glasses of tomato juice,
  • - 1 glass of water,
  • - 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil,
  • - 1 garlic glove,
  • - black sprinkling pepper to taste,
  • - 2 laurel leaflets,
  • - salt to taste.

Instruction

1. Fill in haricot with water and leave for the night.

2. Wash out meat, dry, cut small pieces.

3. Cut a bulb in small cubes. Largely grate carrots (if desired carrots can be cut thin circles).

4. Warm sunflower oil in a frying pan (a stewpan or a cauldron), fry meat pieces to a golden crust.

5. Add onions cubes, grated carrots and continue to prepare five more minutes at periodic stirring.

6. Put haricot in a frying pan, fill in with water and mix. Close a cover, prepare 45 minutes. Then add two glasses of tomato juice (it is possible to part tomato paste) to a frying pan, mix, season with salt and ground black pepper, if desired it is possible to add some favourite spices. Cook a dish of 50 more minutes.

7. Add the crushed garlic glove, mix, put laurel leaflets. You extinguish 15 more minutes on small fire. Serve meat with haricot in portion plates. If desired decorate with fresh greens.
