Sweet, juicy, bright oranges are ideal for production of juice, jams, jelly and various desserts, but their culinary use isn't limited to it. Oranges are also put in salads, sauces, marinades. Usually for preparation of various dishes there are enough only several fruits, but happens so that at your disposal there are much more oranges, than you got used to use, and then you need completely different recipes.

Orange jam

Use the easiest way a large number of oranges – to make from them jam. It is required to you: - 1 kg of oranges;

- 100 ml of lemon juice; - 2 kg of sugar.

Wash up oranges under flowing water. Cut each fruit in half and squeeze out juice. By means of a spoon scrape out from fruits all pulp together with stones and fill in with water. Cut an orange skin on pieces and put in juice. Leave for 10-12 hours.

Take it: - 1 liter of milk of 2.5% of fat content; - 10 average oranges; - ½ cups of the crushed cashew nuts; - 2 tea boats of ground cardamom; - sugar to taste. Bring milk to the boil and you cook on slow fire while it doesn't uvaritsya half. Put a little sugar, cardamom and the crushed nuts. Peel oranges, remove sunflower seeds and crush pulp.
