- - 1 3/4 glasses of flour;
- - 1/4 glasses of margarine;
- - 1 1/4 glasses of sugar;
- - half-glass of sour cream;
- - 5 large eggs;
- - 3 limes;
- - 2 lemons;
- - 4 tablespoons of a desi;
- - salt, orange dried peel, icing sugar.
Instruction
1. Put to warm up an oven to 200 degrees.
2. In the blender with knife nozzles mix margarine with flour, 1/4 glass of sugar and a pinch of salt. Mass has to turn out homogeneous. Then begin to pour gradually on 1 spoon of cold water, stirring slowly - too mobile dough isn't required to be done.

5. Separately mix sour cream, eggs, the remained glass of sugar, a salt pinch. Connect lemon mix with sour cream, shake up a nimbus.
6. Pour out citrus mix on a warm cake layer. Bake 15 more minutes. Then cool a cake layer, remove it for 20 minutes in the fridge. After that strew with icing sugar, cut with portion pieces. Citrus bars are ready.
