Vitamin C contains in such products: dogrose, lemon, red sweet pepper, blackcurrant, sea-buckthorn, parsley, fennel, Brussels sprout, potatoes, grapefruits, oranges; Vitamin K contains in spinach, tomatoes, green peas and beef liver. Squids, cepes, chicken meat and grain coffee are rich with RR vitamin.

In addition to it it is desirable to drink fresh juices from carrot, beets, radish and spinach. Very much garnet juice helps. Fill the life with vitamins!
