Raspberry by right is considered the first assistant at cold, the queen of garden. To grow up rich harvest, it is necessary to exercise in cultivation of raspberry and care for it judgment.
Landing of raspberry
If you planted any bushes earlier, then landing of raspberry will not bring trouble. Watering and power supply
Good fructification of raspberry depends on providing bushes with watering and power supply. Spray raspberry with urea in the spring (urea matchbox on one bucket of water). The mulch layer is also good fertilizing. Several times during the summer pour humus or peat as they are quickly processed. Before blossoming feed up raspberry mullein infusion (before use it is necessary to insist week). For this purpose part one-liter jar of mullein in water bucket, pour out under bush. Remember that before fertilizing it is necessary to water raspberry properly. If you do not do it, then fertilizer can burn plant. Further water bushes as required. That the plant at winter has left prepared and healthy, it is necessary is abundant to water bushes during the autumn period.
Cutting of raspberry
You do not receive good harvest if you do correctly not cut off raspberry. It is necessary to remove in the spring old escapes which have given harvest. On their replacement leave six-eight most tall and strong young escapes. Cut off the others secateurs at ground level. If you leave many escapes, raspberry will not have enough forces for all, as a result the amount of berries will decrease, fruits will be small. In September after harvesting remove the lignified and dry escapes, truncate young branches on ten centimeters to feign growth of side escapes and kidneys. Do not allow education of excess young growth, it leads to yield loss.
Pest control
Do not miss time of protective measures against diseases and wreckers of raspberry, in due time process plants. If there is not a lot of wreckers, then it is possible to do without use of chemicals. Before ovary of buds spray bushes with solution of baking soda (soda tablespoon on ten liters of water) or tobacco broth (glass of tobacco on ten glasses of water to boil two hours, before use to part glass of broth with three glasses of water). Plant garlic near raspberry, then wreckers will not dare to attack crimson bushes.
