Mean several dozen species of insects, malicious wreckers of plants by the generalized name "plant louse". Some of them can live only on one plant species, others lodge on several. Fight against plant louse can include biological and chemical methods.
Biological methods of fight against plant louse
The plant louse exhausts useful juice from leaves and buds then they are displaced and dry. Insects on wings get over on the next plants when they lack food for already struck. In the fall the plant louse lays eggs which winter in kidneys. In the spring from eggs there are new generations of wreckers. To the contrary, it is worth attracting in garden of insects who eat plant louse – ladybugs and lacewings. Normal sparrows will become invaluable assistants in pest control – they feed plant louses the posterity.
Chemical methods of fight against plant louse
The plants struck with plant louse need to be sprayed with special means. National ways practically do not harm the environment, however their action on insects is softer. Cut on pieces together with seeds of 4-5 burning red pepper and fill in them with boiled water liter. Add tablespoon of polished soap and let's infuse 24 hours. Filter infusion through gauze and fill in in spray. Spray the plants struck with plant louse, paying special attention to inner side of leaves – it the plant louse prefers. For fight against plant louse instead of burning pepper it is possible to use garlic. Crush 200 g of garlic, fill in 10 l of water and insist within a day. Then filter infusion and spray plants. Also tobacco infusion is effective. In liter of water boil 100 g of tobacco dust. Filter broth, part in 10 l of water and add 100 g of soap shaving. Use infusion when soap is dissolved – it is necessary that liquid kept on leaves. It is desirable to carry out spraying prior to blossoming when it is possible to manage to minimize the harm done by plant louse.
