Instruction
1. All torches are subdivided into simple one-stage which work only in 2 modes - at fall of temperature in boiler below certain level they join when temperature rises to the necessary value, automatic equipment of boiler switches off torch. Such types of devices establish on boilers of small power and they most often meet in private households. Two-level torches have several power levels - both maximum, and lowered. These devices possess the difficult mechanism and are adjusted only by highly skilled personnel of the special organizations.
2. Let's consider the principle of setup of the one-stage device. Originally install the gas burner on boiler and connect connection of the gas pipeline to its gas block. Surely in addition check position of joint for full tightness in order to avoid gas leak.
3. Remove the protection cover of torch to carry out its adjustment. For this purpose attach the manometer to its gas block - it measures gas pressure on entrance to the block.
4. Connection of torch to electricity which is usually brought from the control unit of the boiler is made. At connection pay special attention to the correct connection of phases and all crossing points in torch.
5. Carry out the first start of installation, in parallel in flue install the gas analyzer sensor. Measure by the manometer gas pressure after the gas block. The obtained data have to correspond to the values specified in the passport of the device. The volume of the air arriving for burning in one-stage devices can be regulated by means of the valve screw. For carrying out adjustment it is necessary to weaken stop screw previously.
6. It is possible to determine number of indicators of air by the readings taken from gas analyzer. So, indications of concentration of the SO carbon monoxide should not be more than 50 per milles. Oxygen has to be in limits of 3.5 - 5.5 percent. Its smaller quantity will lead to incomplete combustion of fuel, bigger - to the increased formation of carbon dioxide. Also the coefficient of excess of air is defined. The great value of this indicator can lead to the output of the device out of operation and even detonations of boiler, small - means incomplete combustion of gas, formation of soot, low efficiency.
7. The wrong setup of the gas burner can lead to serious consequences that demands responsible approach and studying all documentation on the equipment.
