Instruction
1. As the fence from stone represents quite massive construction, the base under it has to be reliable and strong. After creation of the plan on the site make the corresponding marking and start digging of trench under the base. Hole depth for columns has to be one and a half meters, width – forty-fifty centimeters. Distance between columns – three meters. At the same time dig trench (half-meter depth, twenty centimeters wide) between holes under columns.
2. Prepare concrete, fill in with it holes and trenches at the level of the surface of soil. At the same time place in concrete metal frameworks under future column on half-meter depth. In trench (in concrete) for durability you will mark several rods of armature, eight-twelve millimeters thick. Columns for gate and gate have to be massivny by one and a half-two times.
3. The base is ready, has come it is time to start production and construction of timbering from eaves boards according to the sizes of columns. You will expose timber frame construction on the base of column and attach to the prefabricated reinforcement cage which is in the center. Attach on one board from two parties between timbering of columns. Width of flight has to be twenty-thirty centimeters. Record boards retaining pegs, otherwise they can disperse under weight of solution and stone.
4. The optimum and acceptable size of cobble-stones – about soccerball. Pick up stone of brown-red or burgundy color, it will help to avoid gloom of future fence. Stones have to be at least on the one hand flat, it can achieve by means of split by sledge hammer. Observe care measures, protect eyes, hands and legs. By means of the grinder it is possible to receive any form of stone.
5. Stir solution for laying of stones, it has to consist of three parts of bank sand and one part of cement. Spread out dense solution trowel to the base and densely place on it stones, the flat party at the same time has to be outside. Fill space between internal and external ranks with solution. When the fence is laid out completely, leave it to dry within a day.
6. Take metal brush and clean stones from accidentally got solution, continue work row behind row. Then make pointing. Take the narrow, flat palette and embroider seams on depth of one and a half centimeter, it will give to the building special beauty.
