For many the first floor is the embodiment of ideal structure of the base. First, the first floor differs in endurance and stability of design: as a rule, it is made of the monolithic reinforced concrete slab used for the base. Secondly, the base with the first floor provides the additional area (here it is possible to place the gym, laundry or to use this room for other purposes). And besides, the house with the socle base looks more respectable.

1. Define quality of the soil on which construction of the house is planned. For this purpose dig deep trench and investigate earth cut. "Good" soil easy. It represents sand without large clay "streak". From such earth practically you will stick together nothing.
2. If the soil on the site was good, then dig ditch under the house of one meter in depth. Then pass to the device of foundation of the house which is thick tie. Thickness of this constructive part depends on building weight: for example if construction of the two-storeyed house with the first floor is planned, then thickness of the basis will equal to ten centimeters. But besides, unambiguously to tell that the tie has to be 10-centimeter, it is impossible as thickness of the basis is influenced also by quality of the soil: if the soil low-compressed, then under walls of the first floor it is possible to fill up "pillows". In a word, each separate case is individual. After basis thickness is finally determined, fill in tie.
3. On perimeter of future house where construction of load bearing walls is planned, lay foundation blocks: they have to adjoin densely the friend to the friend. Openings for pipes, conductings and windows are left. Fasten among themselves foundation blocks with cement slurry. Height of this building has to be more than a meter (if the two-storeyed house is under construction, then it is better to make height of the first floor over ground level 2-2.5 meters).
4. From above over the first floor establish the reinforced belt. For this purpose connect armature, strengthen it in structure of the building and fill in with concrete.
5. From plates or stone put up walls. Then block plates the first floor. Establish over this overlapping of beam which cover Paro - both waterproofing courses and roofing material.
6. Bring gas, electricity and water to the house.
7. Execute installation of windows and doors and also external and interior finish of the house.
