If at the dacha there is no central water supply, then it is possible to drill the well or to dig well and to install the pumping station. Mounting of the pumping station keeps within several stages and consists in direct installation of the station, laying of pipes, to connection of cranes and power supply.
It is required to you
- - pipes (metalplastic or iron);
- - protection gear from the dry course (if it is not in model of the pumping station);
- - crane;
- - film FUM or linen thread;
- - receiving and back valve;
- - socket;
- - cable;
- - fastening bolts.
Instruction
1. Before installing, prepare all necessary. Buy metal or iron plastic pipes, electric cable, length from electric board to installation site of the socket to which you will connect the station. The pumping station is not the powerful and power-intensive equipment therefore cable buy by section 1.5 squares, it will be quite enough. Buy the socket with the 25 Amperes grounding.
2. If on your pumping station which you have bought for installation there is no protection against the dry course, receiving and back valve, then buy this equipment in addition as the pump cannot be started without control devices. Though modern pumping stations are equipped by all necessary and to buy something in addition there is no need. Mounting will also require the film FUM or linen thread and additional fastening bolts 150 mm long.
3. Before mounting read the installation instruction of the pump. You perform all works according to the description which supplies with the necessary information on direct mounting and start.
4. You make installation of the pump directly near the well. If you put the station which will pump water from well, then carry out installation in the most short distance to water source.
5. Fix the pump on rigid basis, fasten to basis fastening bolts. At vibration the station should not move.
6. Further make mounting of water pipes and cranes and also install the socket and wiring. Connect the socket to grounding. Do all connections of water pipes most reliably. All stations work in the presence of vacuum and if there is air suction, then the pump will independently not be switched off.
7. If the pump has the reflux, receiving valve and protection against the dry course, then it is enough to connect receiving exit to the well, and the return – to water supply system. If there are no valves, then install the back valve at the well exit, and on the inhausting highway install the receiving valve.
8. Establish protection against the dry course between the inhausting highway and the receiving valve. Isolate all connections linen thread or the film FUM.
9. In the last turn adjust the feed pressure of water and suction. All adjustments have to correspond to the instruction from the producer. Fill in water in the accumulative tank, close stopper, open cranes and turn on the pump in the socket. In the subsequent you do not need to include or switch-off constantly the pumping station as it will work in the automatic mode.
