Instruction
1. Find the electric power counter which is not always located in the open place, and it is sometimes placed in special anti-vandal cabinet or boxing. If door of such cabinet transparent, then it is not necessary to open it, it is enough to see the dial of the counter and to rewrite from it all digits, without having forgotten to separate at the same time the last from them from other number of comma. This number - final indicator which will need to be entered in the receipt of fee on supply of your house with the electric power.
2. Take the receipt on payment and find in it the columns ""initial indicator"", ""final indicator"" and ""expense"". You have learned final indicator, having removed the current indicators from the counter - enter its value in the corresponding column, having rounded to whole (the first five numbers to comma). Then fill out the column ""initial indicator"" - it is that meter reading which has been recorded at the time of the previous payment a month ago, it has to be specified in the same receipt.
3. Subtract from final indicator initial, thereby having received number of the kilowatts spent in month, and enter value in the column ""expense"". Now it was necessary to learn tariff for payment of the electric power current month - the tariff is specified in the payment receipt. Increase expense (number of the spent kilowatts) on tariff (the price for one kilowatt) and receive that sum which in this month you have to pay for the electric power or ""for light"" as it is accepted to speak in the people.
