1. Buying polyfoam, it is necessary to proceed, first of all, from this for what it is necessary to you. If you are going to warm walls with its help, placing it under lining, plasterboard, as siding or MDF plates and also in walls or refrigeration chambers, it is necessary to choose polyfoam with a density of 15 kg/m3. Polyfoam with a density of 25 kg/m3 is outside applied to warming of walls (it is marked letter "H"). And for roof and floors (under tie) well to warm the room and to save it from excess noise, use material with a density from 35 kg/m3.

5. Quality polyfoam has to be only white. If it though has a little turned yellow, so or is made of low-quality raw materials, or was stored in the sun that worsens its properties. Besides, material should not have any foreign smell. Its availability demonstrates violation of production technique.
6. Granules of polyfoam have to be identical on diameter and are uniformly distributed on leaf volume. No emptiness and failures diameter more granule in material should be. When transporting plate have to keep the form. If you have seen that from sheets granules vyshelushivatsya, refrain from purchase. It is low-quality material.
7. It is desirable to consider the sheet of polyfoam on break: also granules, at least for 50 percent have to break.
8. Ask the seller to weigh polyfoam pack, and then count the received result per cubic meter. The cubic meter of quality polyfoam has to weigh not less than 16 kg.
9. After that take several sheets of expanded polystyrene and spread out them on floor nearby.
