1. Choose the necessary model of the device taking into account your needs. Professional machines are longer and more qualitatively capable to work. Household grinders less powerful and productive. After 10-15 minutes of work as such device it is necessary to leave it to cool down for 15-25 minutes. It is possible to work with the household machine not longer than two or three hours a day. But such device is cheaper also than easier professional.
2. Pay attention to the angular grinder ("Bulgarian"). It is generalpurpose tool, it is capable to process or cut metal, brick, tile, stone and stone blocks. And also this device can polish and grind various surfaces. By means of the wire brush established on "Bulgarian" it is possible to clean off paint or varnish from metal.
3. Look at tool power. The it is higher, the more slowly the machine heats up. High power will allow you to use disks of large diameter, and, respectively, will give more opportunities for use of the grinder.
4. Just to grind and polish, "Bulgarian" with rotational speed to 6.000 RPM and 600-1.000 W well will approach. For cutting of solid materials (stone, brick or concrete) take model with rotational speed from 6.000 RPM and with power about 2.000 W.
5. Buy that angular grinder which has adjustment of rotational speed of abrasive disk. It will allow to expand possibilities of the device. The belt sander perfectly will be suitable for grinding and smoothing of big surfaces.
6. Specify tool power. For full operation of the tape grinder its power there have to be 650 W or above.
7. For better grinding the vibration grinder is necessary. Delta grinders are intended for processing of small surfaces (handrail, frames, doors, etc.).
8. The good choice - vibro the grinder with the built-in vacuum cleaner. It will save you from noxious to health dust which arises when grinding. For delicate work on curved surfaces choose the eccentric grinder.
