1. The most national and the means checked by time, for cleaning of surface of the iron - all familiar ordinary table salt. Scatter salt on white and white paper. Do not use the newspaper, typographical paint can negatively affect surface. Warm the iron on the maximum mode, tepr carefully "iron" salt with small pressing. Perform this procedure until the surface becomes absolutely clean. Wipe sole with pure and dry woolen fabric. As wrap option, salt in several layers of gauze and rub the hot surface of the iron.
