The well at the dacha is simply necessary that you had opportunity always to use fresh clear water. Moisture is necessary also for watering of plants, and for domestic needs of the person. If you at the dacha have no water supply system, try to dig well.
Instruction
1. The well consists of several parts. The upper part is called head, average and the longest – the main trunk, in it will crowd water.
2. The head performs two functions: protects water from hit in it of dirt, dust, grass, snow and interferes with freezing of well during the cold period. The roof can be made of any impervious material.
3. The best form for the main trunk is considered round, but it is possible to make and square, rectangular and hexagon. Water is stored and gathers in the water intake, its depth depends on the amount of liquid consumed in day. Optimum depth of water layer – one meter. If you want to construct well in the place with shallow soil, place water intake zone on the greatest possible depth.
4. In advance look after the place, suitable for well. The drinking water source has to be located at distance of at least 30 meters from toilet, manure heaps, etc. Choose the sublime place – it will reduce water pollution hazard. The well should not find closer, than in three meters from the country house.
5. To construct well, at first dig the mine and strengthen it. Depth of the mine and its strengthening depends on soil. It is desirable that on the site where you dig hole, there was solid soil. By means of the excavator or any other construction equipment dig necessary deepening.
6. When the mine is completely ready, level bottom of well and pump out excess water. Establish the first frame from the strongest and thick logs. If soil weak, under the first frame enclose big stones.
7. Vertically establish wreath, for more exact results use level. Over the first wreath lay the second that they were fixed better, press the top part blows of special wooden hammer. Seams between wreaths should be closed up with clay.
8. Fill up well bottom with gravel of binding and sand. In order to avoid felling distortion, beat strong boards from the inside in corners. For shallow soil the felling has to be in the form of tent. Underground part of well is ready. Now you can construct elevated part to the taste, it can be made of stone or tree.
