1. That the machine automatic machine most quietly worked and minimum vibrated at strong turns of extraction, carry out the correct installation. The machine has to be installed on ideally plain and rigid surface. The most optimal variant is the concrete tie. When filling concrete tie check surface on level in several projections.
2. Install the machine after the tie completely dries out. For this purpose 5-7 days will be required. Finally concrete stiffens in one month, but the washing machine is not so heavy subject that before installation to wait when concrete completely gains fortress. Therefore one week will be quite enough.
3. Install the machine, level on the level and plumb. You carry out alignment, minimum turning off legs. Record legs lock-nuts. Such way of installation allows to reduce vibration at extraction to minimum.
4. Over time vibration can appear for other reasons. If level shows that the machine is exposed exactly, and vibration after all is, so the ball bearings responsible for rotation of the drum have worn out or the gland interfering hit of dirt in bearings has failed. To remove this cause you will need to repair the machine, having addressed in workshop or completely to sort it, to turn off walls, to take off belt, drum and to replace worn-out parts independently.
5. If you do not remove the cause of breakage in time, then the free wheeling of drum will be so strong that at extraction your machine can "uprygat" on the middle of the bathroom or kitchen, depending on where it at you is established.
6. One more reason of vibration is uneven unfolding of linen at extraction. To eliminate vibration, switch-off the machine, pull out lump of linen and put everything exactly. Next time wash small things in grid. When washing bed linen sew up cuts or fold linen so that as much as possible to prevent twisting when all things just get to blanket cover or to pillowcase.
