The choice of specific model of the filter begins with definition of the main indicators – the content in water of iron and water hardness. The analysis made in professional laboratory allows to pick up the most effective system of cleaning.
Are part of the standard reagent iron removal unit of water:
- cylinder from polyacrylic;
- the filtering material;
- the supporting binding gravel;
- tank for preparation of the restoring solution;
- distributive knot;
- block of hand or automatic control.
Installation of the filter
Before mounting of the filter it is necessary to make sure that the body of the device is empty. Then the basis of the device is established vertically in the place chosen for mounting, leveling on plumb. Under in advance leveled basis it is necessary to place piece of strong sheet material.
Make sure of reliable fastening of the control unit. Turn the filter that the control unit has been directed aside, providing convenient access to it.
Collect the distributor mechanism, having carefully screwed in baskets in the body. Insert into place distribution pipe. Its level has to be slightly above body face.
Put on protective cover distribution pipe not to allow hit there of the filtering material.
Fill filter canister with water approximately on quarter of volume. Liquid will serve as some kind of buffer for the filtering material.
By means of funnel fill the device body with gravel, and then bring the filtering material there. At the same time it is necessary to hold distribution pipe that the filled-up material was not squeezed out up. You watch also that gravel has not got to the place of landing of pipe to the body bottom; otherwise it is possible to damage the lower basket when mounting the valve. The filtering material has to fill the body not less than on 1/2 and no more than on 2/3 volumes of capacity.
Remove the protective cover which is put on when filling the body. Process the top cut of pipe lubricant on the basis of silicone. Put on the valve distribution pipe and wrap it against the stop. Make sure that internal laying of the valve has reliably sat down on pipe. Now installation of equipment can be considered complete.
Recommendations about installation of the filter for water deferrization
The distance between the body of the cleaning device and draining has to be whenever possible minimum. Near the filter it is necessary to leave free space (in case the additional equipment and also for convenience of service of system is required).
Near the device there should not be heating devices. Hot liquid is capable to do harm to the valve. The filter and its system of draining have to be protected also from low temperature impact.
Reinforced hoses or pipes in plastic execution are applied to the device of the drainage line. Extent of drainage system should not exceed 10-12 meters.
For connection of the device to network use the separate socket which is not connected with the wall switch. Energy source has to correspond to tension specified in technical documentation to the purification unit.
