Molding call the decorative laid on parts giving to interior completeness. All types of stucco molding, frame and rail, plinths, platbands, levels and other elements which are used for finishing of transitions between various surfaces belong to it.
1. Before installation of molding it is necessary to leave it in the room not less, than for day. It is necessary in order that material has managed to heat up to the necessary temperature and to gain the same humidity. Products it is possible to fix only on the dry, clean and leveled walls. To prevent deformation of wood structures, they should be grounded at first on both sides.
2. Apply various gluing materials to mounting of molding. Normal wallpaper glue is suitable for the majority of designs, for massive parts recommend to use structures on the basis of polyurethane. To establish wooden molding, take nails or self-tapping screws, plaster elements require special cement of plaster.
3. At first on wall do marking, putting molding or eaves then drill design under the self-tapping screw and note places under dowel, using openings in product. It needs to be made to prevent shift before glue drying.
4. Gluing of molding is begun from angle joints. The place where it will be established, recommend to moisten with primer or water previously. To connect corners, it should be noted on parts of the place of cut.
5. From reverse side of design apply special construction adhesive, evenly distribute it on surface by means of the palette. Then the molding is put to wall, pasted easy pressing and fixed self-tapping screws, they are twisted, having slightly drowned in product. After drying gluing self-tapping screws remove, but it does not belong to wooden elements, they are left on the place.
6. It is also possible to attach design to the concrete plastered wall by means of small finishing nails. They are driven in into plaster, after drying gluing nails take out, and the formed openings putty.
7. For connection of parts with each other use special connection glue. It is applied much on one of surfaces, filling the joint plane, and then join with the established molding, squeezing out excess glue. Parts need to be attracted to each other and to record brackets, using the furniture stapler.
8. When glue completely dries, it is necessary to pull out brackets and to remove surplus of glue, having cut off them knife. The surface of molding should be ground fine-grained abrasive paper. In a day after mounting it is possible to start painting. It is necessary to remember, paint should not contain acetone.
