Always a little annoying, when the bouquet presented on solemn occasion withers. If you want to keep its fresh as long as possible, resort to some ways which will help to support original state of flowers.
Instruction
1. Remove leaves or thorns from trunks if those are available. It is necessary to clean approximately on 1/3 part. If greens get to vase, water will begin to spoil quickly that will lead to withering of buds. Usually on purchased flowers the trunk is already cleaned, but so not always.
2. Make fresh cuts at an angle of 45 degrees, having receded from the previous 2-3 cm – is possible also slightly more if trunks of flowers too long. It is not recommended to do equal cut as plants will badly "drink" water.
3. Carefully wash out vase and pour in it the filtered boiled water. Add package of means of Krizal which can be bought in flower shop. Carefully dissolve powder. When using this medicine it is desirable to change water of times in 1-2 weeks. It feeds flowers that helps to keep their fresh for a long time.
4. Instead of medicine it is possible to use apple cider vinegar, citric acid, vodka or alcohol - on liter of water no more tablespoon will be required. It is also possible to dissolve tablet of normal acetilsalicylic acid.
5. Every two weeks do new cuts on trunks of flowers. If you have noticed that they have begun to blacken or begin to rot, husk on 5 cm and scald boiled water. Do not worry – plants will not die after similar processing.
6. Submerge bouquet in basin with cold water if it has begun to wither strongly. From above sprinkle clear cool water from spray. Since morning put flowers in vase again.
7. You do not store vase with the flowers in kitchen or near heating appliances. Also protect bouquet from direct hit of sunshine, otherwise it will begin to wither quickly. At the correct care for cut flowers they will be pleasing to the eye more than 1 month. If it grieves you to throw out them then, just dry up bouquet, having suspended it buds down.
