The angular shelf can be made of the sheet chipboard and rail, last of which will form basis to design. The shelf is simple in production and is rather strong that is provided with reliable and dense keeping of elements of the shelf dadojoint.
To establish the angular shelf in the bathroom, it is not necessary to drill tile as basic part of design will be strengthened by means of glue.
Preparation of parts
The sheet chipboard which thickness is equal to 6 mm will be necessary for production of shelves. On leaf it is necessary to designate the center, having made mark pencil. Further from the center it is necessary to draw circle which radius has to be equal to 25 cm. To receive circle, it is possible to use chain, nail and pencil. It is necessary to hammer small nail into the chipboard center, previously having passed throughout it chain, it can be replaced with normal tape. In the link remote from the center on the set distance, it is necessary to pass slate pencil of pencil which will help to draw circle.
The represented circle needs to be cut the fret saw. It is more preferable to do has spent on drink from above. When nearly a half of circle is cut, it is necessary to impose the square on leaf, having drawn line which will separate circle into 2 parts. Then each part has to be separated into 2 parts. Now, using the fret saw, it is possible to cut circle up to the end. The hacksaw will allow to cut circle on 4 parts.
Preparation of grooves in foundation of the shelf
The rail will act as support for shelves. It should be put in corner where it is supposed to establish the shelf to determine height at which all regiments will be located. Using marks, it is possible to prepare grooves in rail. The step between extreme marks has to be equal 102 cm, distance between regiments – 34 cm. Before cutting groove, the regiment should put to rail to make mark on the shelf. The groove becomes saw which has small teeths. Pro-saws have to be made on identical depth — up to ½ sections of rail. Mounting of shelves
It is possible to paste rail to wall construction adhesive. The strip of glue has to be applied on two parties of rail which adjoin to wall. After rail it is necessary to lean against tile and to press it. For a while, until glue dries, the rail can be recorded on wall adhesive tape. In hour it is possible to get rid of adhesive tape. Then it is possible to insert regiments into grooves. They are not required to be strengthened in addition as they perfectly keep.
