Instruction
1. Take thorough measurements of space for installation of the fitted angular cupboard. Pay attention to flatness of walls in this place, it is possible that it is necessary to be engaged at first in correction of surfaces in order that the cabinet has risen most densely. Too big gaps can become the reason of unstable provision of cabinet, and subsequently emergence of critical loads which, in turn, will lead to fast destruction of furniture.
2. Make template of fibreboard (fiber board) or plywood, using data of the measurements taken by means of construction tape measure. It is necessary to observe precisely all ratios of the parties, including sidewalls. Pay special attention to the expected depth of landing of cabinet. Otherwise even on condition of correctness of all other calculations, furniture will stick out of corner or, on the contrary, will roll in space that will create problems of practical character, not to mention esthetics or style features.
3. Collect framework on template. By means of glue and screws fix top cover of design of cabinet, use regiments, having mounted them on previously established levels.
4. Work over sidewalls to give the necessary angle of bevelling. It is also necessary to consider the effective angle of work of slide guide which is usually equal to 45 degrees.
5. Collected framework accurately, trying not to damage surfaces, establish in angular space of the room. Fix skeleton by means of dowels which need to be screwed in side walls via the body of angular cabinet.
6. Take plate of MDF and cut front frame for cabinet by means of circular saw. If it is necessary, finish surfaces and corners the fret saw (use of hacksaw is possible). It is better to saw on the drawing which is previously measured and outlined by pencil or felt-tip pen.
7. Adjust side surfaces and edges of front frame so that to provide dense connection between wall and cabinet. Establish decorative elements of furniture, such, for example, as friezes, inserts or apportions.
8. Establish front frame on cabinet, having fixed it by screws or nails from the inside. It is desirable to make it so that the place of fixture was not noticeable
