Instruction
1. Take the used plastic bottle and cut scissors its central part so that there was plastic cylinder. For strengthening of volume of "fibers" it is possible to take 2-3 bottles with a capacity of 1.5 l, but it is not recommended to use bigger number.
2. Cut the turned-out cylinder on forming on two equal parts. It is convenient to use when cutting technology seams on bottle surface therefore the special marking will not be required. As a result you have received two plates of semi-cylindricity. Production of brush wit will require from one to four such plastic preparations.
3. Manufacture the handle of piece of wooden rail or level. The form of the handle has to be convenient for deduction in hand (ergonomic), but not too graceful as we do not seek for creation of the work of art. For more dense fastening of working part chamfer the end of the handle. Along edges for strengthening of the block from "bristles" drill four through holes with a diameter of 3 mm at distance of 5 cm from each other.
4. We pass to fastening of the block of "bristles" to the handle. Press out the put plates together with the inserted handle in bench screw. By means of the burner or the nail heated on naked flame melt in preparations of opening under rivets. Openings are made opposite to each of openings in the handle (transparent plastic allows to see well them).
