1. Sand is suitable for the base only river. It is better to sift it in addition. No pine-forest sand can use at concrete production.
2. Crushed stone needs to be taken chipped and crushed fines. Crushed stone from river pebble without processing in the crushing device gives fragile fastening as has smooth surface.
3. Buy cement only the high brand, not below M400. All other brands do not give sufficient durability. Having saved on cement, you considerably will be spent further on repair and will spend significant amount of the nerves because of the burst base and walls of the building.
4. Surely buy the concrete mixer. To add manually solution and to turn it into homogeneous mass at you it will hardly turn out. Base durability also depends on quality of the added solution.
5. The ratio for concrete making in house conditions has to be such: 1 parts of cement, 3 parts of sand and 3 parts of crushed stone. Water needs to be poured gradually that solution has turned into homogeneous mass, easily poured out from the concrete mixer, but at the same time was not liquid.
6. If you precisely follow all recommendations, then the base will turn out really strong and the building will stand centuries.
