You will not often meet the furniture maker who would never face production of angular kitchen. During its creation it is necessary to connect correctly table-top which front edge has the rounded-off form, and all others – flat. If to put flat edge to rounded off, then the ugly, deep seam will turn out. That to avoid it, it is necessary to cut off correctly parts for what it is the best of all to use the milling machine and special furniture template which can be created the hands.

Instruction
1. The self-made furniture template allows to trim table-tops not worse, than purchased. For its creation first of all it is necessary to prepare the drawing and the file for the milling machine then to make trial sample of fiber board which thickness has to be eight millimeters.
2. Measure diameter of ring on the milling machine and diameter of the mill. Draw two lines which have to be crossed at an angle, to equal 135 degrees. For smoothing of corner use arch. To calculate its radius it is necessary to make the following calculations: from the radius of mill it is necessary to take away the received difference of radiuses of ring and mill.
3. Thus, the internal arch will have to turn out. On it it will be necessary to make milling of direct face of postforming. When the ring passes on the received radius, the mill will describe arch which will be equal to the diameter.
4. From the line postpone two parallel lines. The distance between them has to be equal to diameter of ring of milling cutter to which it is necessary to add 5 mm. The line has to begin from the center of the previous arch.
5. Smooth crossing of lines arch which radius has to be equal to the radius of stop collar of milling cutter. The mill when moves on this contour, will not be able to describe any arch any more.
6. Now draw two identical rectangles which have to repeat lines of table-top. Impose on them the received corner, at the same time extend lines so as far as it will be necessary.
7. Not to suffer with tape measure, make tags template. At the same time it is necessary to consider that the beginning of the top and lower arch does not coincide. For this reason the tag for each part has to be put with shift. Depth of driving of contour in table-top has to be 20 mm.
