Simplicity and efficiency of the shlakoblochny machine has provided it the broadest demand. On use frequency it concedes in private construction unless to the concrete mixer. The machine is extremely simple, in the most economic option of execution it consists of only two knots: matrixes with the vibrator and clip. All the rest: the bed with the lever mechanism of raising of matrix, foot pedal of control of the vibrator, wheels for movement and so forth are though useful, but not obligatory components.

- Bulgarian, welding machine, set of the metalwork tool, metal sheet 2.5-3 mm thick, mm pipe Ø80, pipe ¾ "", vibrator.
Instruction
1. Cut out from sheet became thickness 2.5-3 mm of preparation by the sizes: 400х250 mm (matrix) – 2 pieces; 200х250 mm (matrix) – 2 pieces; 400х150 mm (hood) – 1 piece; 40х40 mm (edge) – 4 pieces; 395х195 mm (clip) – 1 piece.
2. Weld from preparations 400х250 and 200х250 mm matrix the sizes of 400х200х250 mm. The weld has to be located outside.
3. Cut off from pipe with a diameter of 80 mm three preparations for emptiness 250 mm long. Arrange them in matrix vertically in one row at identical distance from walls of matrix and from each other. Weld pipes on matrix and each other edges of 40х40 mm, having them in upper part of matrix.
4. Attach the vibrator to one of the long parties of matrix. For this purpose insert into mounting holes of the vibrator bolts heads from below and tighten them nuts. Put the vibrator heads of bolts on long side of matrix and take welding bolts to matrix. Remove the vibrator from bolts and reliably scald heads of bolts on perimeter. Install the vibrator on bolts and densely tighten nuts.
5. Weld hood of 400х150 mm over the vibrator. Its assignment – protection of the engine against concrete mix and water. On edge to hood weld additional support (leg) from pipe ¾ "". The leg is necessary for giving to matrix of additional stability as because of the vibrator its centroid is displaced.
6. In sheet preparation of clip (395х195 mm) mark in the place and cut openings under pipes emptiness and edges. From the edge parties of clip weld handles from pipe ¾ "". Their design has to allow clip to be moved in matrix. Weld the fixers limiting the clip entrance depth to matrix of 50 mm on handles. Fixers are designed to provide the exact size of slag stone on height (200 mm).
