Instruction
1. Production of bed requires three boards of 50х150х4000 mm in size and half of the sheet chipboard which has standard dimension. It is required for production of two backs. Backs can also be made of any other materials. The sizes can be chosen any. Everything depends on what size you want to have bed. The most important is completely to understand the principle of production of bed and also its main parts. There is number of features to which it is necessary to pay attention at production of bed.
2. The used boards should be postrogat and sawn on parts which have certain size and length. To make binding, it is necessary to use the framework consisting of four bars. Two bars have to have the sizes of 45х120х1000 mm (bed length), and others two - 45х120х500 mm (width). For creation of rigidity it is necessary to use 5 bars of 45х60х500 mm in size.
3. By means of preparations it is necessary to collect frame. Surely pay attention to installation of bars of rigidity. They have to be inserted by wedge. Product durability depends on correctly installation. All connections need to be missed the mark with glue for joiner's works. Best of all Joiner glue on the basis of PVA or ""Clay PVA just for decoration"" is suitable for such work. They can provide the excellent durability of connection and have no smell. All parts of design are attracted by self-tapping screws, long 80 millimeters.
4. Legs have to be established in frame under frame side bar the lower cross bar of rigidity. It is the best of all to fix by bolts nut in frame.
5. The sidewall can be made of planed inch board or of chipboard. Backs of bed have to be made of chipboard. Backs to cross bars of binding are attracted by decorative bolts.
