The basis of any building is reliable base. That the house has stayed as long as possible and bravely shrinkages or destructions, it is necessary to approach process of construction of the base with heavy responsibility. The main component of the strong base is concrete and therefore its preparation should be executed as it is possible more qualitatively.
It is required to you
- - concrete mixer on 200 l;
- - shovel of "cherv";
- - galvanized buckets;
- - cement of 45 kg;
- - bank sand of 95 kg;
- - gravel (crushed stone) of 220 kg;
- - water of 26 liters.
Instruction
1. Place the concrete mixer in close proximity to base timbering. Near the concrete mixer for convenience of nasyp arrange materials necessary for preparation of one portion.
2. Make sure that sand for preparation of concrete dry, otherwise you watch on condition of cement slurry. If it turns out rather liquid, even when yet residue of water was not added, then do not fill in. The weight of wet sand is much higher therefore consider it at dosage of materials.
3. Check cement for dryness and quality. For this purpose it is enough to squeeze zhmenyu cement in hand. If he freely wakes up through fingers, then quality its satisfactory. If he contracts in lump or in its volume there are already lumps and cement stones, then it cannot be used for concrete preparation.
4. Fill in in concrete mixer 2/3 from the necessary volume of water. Water for preparation of concrete undertakes only clean, drinking.
5. Add gradually cement and sand, in process of hashing add residue of water. In case solution of concrete is prepared manually, without use of the concrete mixer, mix sand with cement beforehand in a dry form. So much easier and quicker manually to achieve uniformity of cement slurry.
6. Add gravel or crushed stone after the cement slurry turns into homogenous mixture. Measure gravel only by means of scales, at least, for the first time. Because of heterogeneity and various form of gravel in the same volume, for example bucket, there can be different weight of material.
7. Mix concrete about 5 minutes so that all volume of gravel has been covered with cement slurry. Within half an hour after preparation, concrete needs to be filled in in timbering until when components begin to be unsnapped and stratified.
