1. Try to avoid frequent digging-up of the site, be not overzealous. Too thorough and persistent cultivation of the soil is capable to lead to the fact that seeds of weeds appear on upper part of soil and receive enough heat and light, as promotes their active growth. Minimize digging-up of the parcel, process beds as required. Before landing of vegetables or flowers cover soil with small layer of humus or special materials which prevent growth of weeds.

5. For prevention of repeated growth of weeds in the free territory carry out solarization. For this purpose cover the dug-up and completely prepared beds with transparent polyethylene, powder its edges with the earth or press down stones. On bright sunny days, soil will well get warm under film, and high temperature will perniciously affect not only weeds, but also pathogenic fungi and microbes.
