Neither modern heaters, nor heating boilers are capable to fill your house with that special atmosphere of the family center which the real furnace can give. With the advent of new construction and finishing materials the exterior of the furnace has considerably improved, and now it can fit ideally practically into any interior of country housing. The laying of the furnace demands certain knowledge and skills. But if you are sure of the forces, it is possible to try to put the furnace independently.

- - chimney doors with heat-resistant glass;
- - tamper.
Instruction
1. Choose brick. For laying of furnaces use red oven brick. It has to be well burned, without cracks and chips. When falling such brick has to break up into large pieces. It is possible to check quality of roasting of brick, having slightly knocked on it with hammer. At the same time the brick has to make ringing and clear sound.
2. Prepare the base. The brick furnace can be installed as on independent, individual footing, and on the monolithic concrete platform leaning on the base of the house.
3. Make glinopeschany solution for laying.
4. Lay out ashpit and bottom of the first cap from subnimble. Before fastening bricks with solution, it is recommended to lay out number of laying "dry" to pick up all bricks for the size. At laying it is necessary to use the level and plumb.
5. Establish furnace doors in brickwork and fix them by means of galvanized wire.
6. Attach grid iron over ashpit.
7. Lay out fire chamber shamotny brick from within. Fix fire chamber door by means of wire and steel plate.
8. Lay out 11 brick courses. Block fire chamber and lay pig-iron cooking plate in the right part of the furnace. Continue cap brickwork on the left side.
9. Lay out walls of the cooking chamber and establish latch of the kindling course in internal corner of the camera. Continue brickwork of the lower cap in the left part of the furnace.
10. Block the cooking chamber and the first cap on the twentieth brick course. The bricks located in overlapping of the cooking chamber have to lean on metal corners. Overlapping becomes in two ranks.
11. Install chimney doors on the cooking chamber.
12. Make laying of the top cap and establish prochistny doors.
13. Block the furnace from above two brick courses.
14. Immure in laying branch pipe for chimney, insert pipe and bring her outside.
