One of forms of agricultural production, mainly in rural zone, the personal subsidiary farm is. Usually it is conducted in the form of secondary employment, i.e. in time, free from the main work, and has no commercial focus. Its main goal - satisfaction in food of own requirements. Main type of subsidiary farm is the homestead economy having versatile character, for example, crops of vegetables and potatoes, cultivation of fruit-trees and the maintenance of livestock.
Instruction
1. Collect necessary documentation. It is important factor at registration of subsidiary farm. If it is necessary to enter into property the dacha or the house with outdoor constructions, availability of the passport of household, passports of the parcel, the state registration of the right for household and parcel for this purpose will be required. According to Article 3 personalsubsidiary farmof item 2 Federal Law "About ", citizens have the right to carry out its maintaining from the moment of the state registration of the right for the parcel which is received or acquired by them for these purposes. Additional registration of LE is not necessary.
2. Receive the passport of household. It is possible at its introduction to property on the basis of the contract of purchase and sale which goes the annex to it and is renewed on the new owner within 30 calendar days from the moment of the conclusion and signing of the contract.
3. Issue in property except owner-occupied dwelling also outdoor constructions on which make separate passports. On hands you have to have plan of all household and its certain rooms, including rooms. Observe requirements of toilet facilities when maintaining subsidiary farm.
4. Register in bodies of the state registration the seasonal dacha which can be considered object of subsidiary farm on an equal basis with inhabited constructions in the presence on it lodge. Separate licenses for registration of subsidiary farm it is not required if your activity does not pass into discharge enterprise. According to the Federal Law (Article 2), personal subsidiary farm is called the form of not business activity on processing and production of agricultural products. Sale by citizens of these products is not considered business activity therefore taxes on the gained income from this type of activity are not paid.
5. Address at registration to land committee, the Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture, administration where full assistance on the matter will be rendered. The order and circulation periods are determined by the general rule - within 30 days. At legitimation of subsidiary farm it is necessary to pay attention to periods of validity of passports. Land passports are subject to exchange 5 years later, and extend to plans of households of change only in 10 years.
