Knocks during operating time of the washing machine demonstrate that bearings of its drum have already fairly worn out. So it is a high time to remove them and to replace new, if not to make it in time, there can be complications connected with further operation of the washing machine.
It is required to you
- - screw-driver;
- - wooden bar;
- - hammer;
- - new bearing.
Instruction
1. Deenergize the washing unit and disconnect it from water and sewer systems. Make sure that in washing to the machine there was no water from the previous washing (if water nevertheless is, execute emergency water drain, having lowered it through the hose going from the machine).
2. By means of the screw-driver turn off the top and back covers of the washing unit - it will release access to drum bearings.
3. Remove the drive belt of drum from pulley and block pulley (it is possible to make it by means of wooden bar).
4. Unscrew the screw fixing drum pulley and remove pulley.
5. Accurately remove counterbalance and spreader level that will give the chance then to remove fixing ring and cover of washing tank.
6. "Exempt" TEN from the wires fastened to it. Then unscrew fastening of node of bearings, remove level of grounding and weaken the screw which pulls together collar.
7. Accurately remove tank of the washing machine and node of bearings. Then remove sealant, the fastening ring and cover of tank of the washing unit. You make all these manipulations very accurately – so that not to break integrity of the wire going to the temperature measurement sensor.
8. Remove the gland, and then by means of the hammer beat out the bearing. Replace the old bearing new.
