- - ohmmeter;
- - drill with thin drill;
- - spare parts.
Instruction
1. Unsolder internal conductor from the contact pad which is filled in with solder. Then accurately the screw-driver hook edge of socle and unbend it, and after that find the second inner conductor. As a rule, it is simple to find it: it is located at the convex place of energy saving lamp.
2. Separate glass flask from socle. In the body of energy saving lamp there is round printed circuit board on which the high-frequency converter is assembled. At rated load the frequency of the converter varies from 40 to 60 kHz.
3. By means of ohmmeter check integrity of the spirals which are located in flask. If resistance of filaments are not enough, then it means that the spiral is serviceable. And on the contrary if resistance is too high, then it means that the spiral has fused and it is impossible to use this glass flask already.
4. The most vulnerable components of the electronic converter of energy saving bulb – condensers. So, if the lamp does not join, but at the same time the flask shines around electrodes - it is sign that the condenser is punched. Means, this part needs to be replaced.
5. Be attentive: in the printed circuit board of electronic balance the thermistor which is established in rupture of thread of incandescence is located. In progress of work the thermistor strongly heats up, so, it cannot be established too close to other radio components.
6. Make in socle of energy saving bulb of opening (they have to settle down near the place of fastening of tube). These openings are necessary for heat extraction from tube.
7. Aggregate separate components of the repaired energy saving bulb.
