The thuja – evergreen plant, belongs to group of cypress. This ornamental plant which is applied to gardening of gardens and personal plots. To have beautiful healthy tree on the site, it is necessary to put and provide correctly it appropriate care behind thuja.

1. Saplings of thuja grow up in nurseries from where they go on sale in specialized gardening shops. The sapling is on sale in pot, and upon purchase it is necessary to examine whenever possible its root which white color says that seedling is healthy. Yellow sites of root demonstrate that the thuja was in pot more than a year. It is worth refusing purchase of such sapling.
2. The thuja loves the damp, easy soils which are well oxygenated. It means that soil in which the sapling will be replaced has to be damp and friable. It is recommended to dig out hole in four-five days prior to planting of tree.
3. To plant sapling so that the radical trunk was above the ground, that is it is necessary to avoid its deepening. The hole needs previously to be filled up with mix from peat and the cespitose earth. The place for disembarkation to choose solar, the unshaded. After disembarkation it is important to water thuja each three days, and in process of emergence of dry branches, carefully to delete them. During the spring period it is recommended to feed up in due time thuja the fertilizer intended for breed of coniferous trees.
4. Very important action for preservation of thuja is its regular spraying by water. During the vegetative period it is necessary to loosen the soil of radical circle on depth to ten centimeters, and to fill up radical circle with fragmented peat or spill. This mulching will protect roots from overheating and drying in hot weather, and in the winter from freezing.
5. To prevent death of tree, it is necessary to pay attention to radical trunk: it should not tower strongly above the ground, but also deepening has an adverse effect on health of plant. To recover tree its roots well spill, strongly spray sheet part with water with addition of means of Epin. For watering of rhizome it is possible to add growth factors "Zircon" or Ecogol.
6. Generally fungal activators are cause of illness of thuja: leaves on branches grow brown, and branches dry. The struck escapes delete, then spray tree with solution of fundozol.
