Instruction
1. Build framework. Consider that indoors with the increased level of humidity it is impossible to use tree. Here more the galvanized profile will approach. Note point under ceiling in one of four corners.
2. By means of hydrolevel transfer mark to other corners. At connection of the received marks, straight lines have to be formed. Consider that the surface of new ceiling is designed to hide all communications and roughnesses of old ceiling overlapping.
3. Along the straight lines going on room perimeter attach the UD-profile. For cutting of profile use the Bulgarian or scissors on metal. When forming corners resort to the help of the miter box.
4. For fastening of profile to concrete or brick walls use the perforator and dowel nails. For accession of profile to the surfaces sheathed by gypsum cardboard take the screw driver and self-tapping screws with pressing disk.
5. Then build grid with step from 70 to 100 cm. Choosing suspension, be guided by distance between the main ceiling overlapping and drop ceiling. If the distance needs to be made it as little as possible, use normal direct suspension. At distance of bigger 10 cm take drafts with suspension. They are convenient that they do not need fastening to profile, and are just latched. Distribute suspension at distance of 90-100 cm from each other. Then attach to them profiles.
6. Insert the first panel so that its thicker party has been directed to wall. Fix it to profiles self-tapping screws with pressing disk. Insert the following panel into groove of previous and also record. Close all ceiling, inserting the panel one for another.
7. If on ceiling is going to arrange dot lamps, under them cut openings in advance, using drill with crown of the necessary diameter. When mounting panels you remove via them wires.
