  • - 0.5 kg of beef without bones
  • - 20 pieces of sour prunes
  • - 2 bulbs
  • - 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • - vegetable oil
  • - salt, spices

Instruction

1. At first prepare all products. It is necessary to cut beef for suppression in cubes of 2-3 cm for what at first cut meat layers across fibers, separate each of them into several tapes which should be cut already into cubes.

2. Peel onions, chop it thin half rings, fry in frying pan on the heated vegetable oil. When onions become translucent, lower fire of torch and leave onions to pine further.

3. Touch prunes, cut it with halves. The more will be prunes, the more refined the dish will turn out, but you proceed from the preferences. If you not really love it, then take several berries which can be taken out then.

4. In other frying pan heat oil, fry on it meat before formation of golden crust. If there is a lot of meat, and the frying pan small, is better to do it in the small portions. Good crust – guarantee of successful preparation of dish.

5. Add the browned onions and already ready tomato sauce to meat, fill in them with hot water or broth. The amount of water depends on that how many sauce you want to receive. Cover frying pan and you extinguish on slow fire about an hour.

6. Open meat, add to it the prunes made in advance. You extinguish dish until ready. If beef young, is required to you no more than 15 minutes, and it is better for old meat to allow to boil hour or so - another.
