To protect the apartment from cold and foreign sounds, it is necessary to warm outer door qualitatively. It can execute it even to the nonprofessional. It is enough to have minimum of skills, materials and tools.
Instruction
1. Remove timber door from loops and put it on chairs or stools, previously having turned off handles, key and castle pads. Remove old covering and carefully wash up door cloth. Take strip of dermantin about 12 centimeters wide. Its length has to correspond to length of the parties of door case. Envelop these strips foam rubber and fasten in position of joint.
2. Take saw and make at doors grooves for installation of the warming rollers. Paste on door foam rubber so that between it and edge of apportion there was distance about 20 millimeters. Impose imitation leather on foam rubber and beat it panel nails on perimeter through each 40 millimeters. Cut off surplus of skin. Lay out the drawing by means of finishing nails. Their hats have to act on the surface of skin that around nails it was possible to envelop brass string. After that they can be hammered up to the end.
3. Further there is installation of rollers on door perimeter. That they have been reliably fixed, miss the mark their comb and groove at doors with glue. Instead of the warming rollers you can fill on perimeter of door case of rail, fitted by foam rubber and fabric.
4. Fill hardboard that the door looked more esthetic over the warming material. Leaf of hardboard it is possible to coat and paste self-adhesive film or to close decorative interline interval. In this case the door cloth will need to be framed with the pro-thinned-out frame that it held hardboard and decorative coat.
5. Use polyfoam or mineral wool for warming of the metal doors having internal cavities. The door will need to be sorted partially. The inside face of door in most cases represents the leaf from hardboard beaten to wooden bars. To extinguish the sound wave going from the outside, put layer of vibration-isolating material. When warming metal doors the elastic sealants creating obstacle for passing of air flows through door opening are used.
