1. Silver cleaning by ammonia solution - one of the most widespread ways which does not take away a lot of time and forces. Buy 10% solution of ammonia solution in pharmacy. Prepare water solution in proportion two tablespoons of ammonia solution on one liter of water. It is possible to make it a little soap, or for strengthening of effect to add a little hydrogen peroxide. Wet in it product for 15 minutes. Then wash it with flowing water and wipe dry fleecy rag.
2. Boiling of silver product in solution of citric acid also is available method. Take capacity, pour in it 0.7 l of water. Add 100 g of acid to water. Put capacity on water bath, previously having put in it silver. You boil 15–30 minutes depending on pollution. Later wash silver with water.
3. It is possible to clean products soda. For this purpose pour 0.5 l of water in ladle, pour 2 tablespoons of baking soda. Mix and put on fire. When water begins to boil, throw into it foil piece for cooking, then silver. In 10-15 seconds get products and wash with water. Will shine as new.
4. Ordinary table salt can be useful for cleaning of silver products too. Pour water into cup, add salt to proportions on 200 ml of water 1 salt teaspoon. Put things at several o'clock in solution. For acceleration of process boil silver in this solution of 15 minutes. After the procedure wash with water.
5. Toothpaste is good means for removal of dark raid from products from silver. Take toothbrush, apply on it paste and clean silver. Mechanical influences will remove dark film from product surface.
6. Such means as lipstick will be suitable for polish of silver. Apply lipstick layer on toothbrush and polish product.
7. It is possible to return gloss to strongly darkened silver products by means of the turned milk. Submerge table silver devices for some time, then rinse with flowing water and polish with soft rag.
8. In jewelry store, special liquids and sets of napkins intended for cleaning of silver products can be on sale. Submerge thing in this solution, and in a few minutes it will be clean and brilliant again. Besides, special structures can cover silver with the protective layer preserving it against further oxidation.
