The interior of the small-sized apartment is dictated by limitation of space. Especially it concerns one-room apartments when each centimeter has to be used in terms of functionality. The reasonableness of design and thorough approach to trifles allows to create comfortable conditions for each family member even in small space
Instruction
1. Think over what option of arrangement approaches. Option can be two. Demolition of interroom partitions and transformation of the small-sized apartment into studio or creation of functional zones in the apartment, without cardinal changes.
2. The first option assumes coordination with the relevant municipal services, BTI of all alterations and big financial costs of re-planning. The second option – division into functional zones by means of light, furniture, various constructive decisions. The second option is much cheaper.
3. At any option make the project on paper. Define the virtual center of the apartment – the place where the most part of time will be spent. Draw furniture location. Define entrance zone, recreation area, zone for each family member, the common area.
4. Define the place where things will be stored. Make of gypsum cardboard the design from floor to ceiling adjoining one of walls. Carry out construction of this design at stage of preliminary works. If the face of such design rests against entrance zone, then make it rounded off. Use at the same time not the width, but height. Make doors opening, how in cabinets - compartment. If the design from melalloprofilya does not approach, use normal sliding wardrobe, maximum height.
5. Designate the vacation spot by the podium mounted from metal section and the sheathed chipboard. Or construct podium of finishing brick. You carry out construction at stage of draft works. Use the place under design, as boxes for storage of bedding and other things. Doors have to open as in sliding wardrobes.
6. Use multilevel ceilings, various types of finishing, sliding screens as division into functional zones. Separate the placement on zones by means of various lighting. In each zone the light has to be turned on individually. At the same time the non-working zone has to be darkened. Make the largest level of illumination in public zone. Think over question with lighting on projecting phase.
