Orlovim – the steadiest grade of apples to external influence
This grade is extremely resistant to diseases to which practically all grades of apples, for example, to scab are subject. Orlovim quite easily transfers winter therefore it will be suitable not only for the southern regions. Fruits by the size rather large, with sweet-sour taste, besides they have strong fragrant aroma. Not all like fruit pulp, but thanks to its rough consistence the fruits can keep pleasant taste of nearly 45 days.
"White filling" – the most sweet and fragrant grade of apples
"White filling" did not begin to be grown up in large number for sale as this grade has number of shortcomings from the point of view of businessmen. For example, low resistance to diseases, bad transportability, fruits quickly spoil and not at the same time ripen.
Gardeners grow up this grade because of unusual softness and sweet taste without any sourness. Apple keeps the flavoring properties about 5-7 days, and then spoils. For this reason for summer residents it is possible even to call non-simultaneous maturing of fruits the advantage as they should not hurry to process all harvest especially as it is possible to enjoy longer term taste. In spite of the fact that this grade begins to fructify late enough, it yields considerable harvest nearly an every year.
