The flat site is cleared away from garbage, the upper part of the turf is removed. The sizes of future greenhouse are marked by means of pegs and rope. The soil is condensed and leveled.   • concrete blocks for continuous footing;
  • profile pipe;
  • anchor bolts;
  • ready ventilating hatches;
  • bent metal section or pipes with a diameter up to 40 mm;
  • pipe bender;
  • paint and anticorrosive primer;
  • bituminous mastic.

At first it is necessary to prepare ideally flat platform, having condensed soil and having dug out ditches for continuous footing. It is vygladyvat from concrete blocks, the base has to tower over the surface of soil on 0.25 m.

On the center the longitudinal line dividing foundation of future greenhouse into 2 parts is drawn. On it concrete blocks at distance 1.5 from each other keep within. Over them the profile horizontal pipe fastens and it is fixed by anchor bolts. To pipe vertical support 2 m of distance high between them – 1.8-2 m are riveted. On the center the metal beam is fixed.

Metal pipes turn into arches by means of the pipe bender. Height of arches depends on desire of the owner of the greenhouse, but it is not necessary to do you them too low, otherwise will difficult look after plants. Edges are fixed by means of reveting, the lower part of arches is established on profile pipes, at the height of 1.8 m from the base the additional horizontal rail becomes stronger.

The obligatory moment – installation of ventilating hatches. It is difficult to do them by the hands, it is much better to order designs under the specific size of the greenhouse. Hatches are riveted in the course of installation of arch edges, them it is worth disposing closer to doors.

If the alyumoplastik or galvanized metal was not, it is possible to use any metal pipes. After installation they are processed anticorrosive primer and painted several coats of paint. The upper part of metal arches adjoining to polycarbonate becomes covered with bituminous mastic. It will save the greenhouse from condensate.

All connections of metal parts are carried out by means of reveting. However this option is suitable only for non-demountable greenhouses which are going to be used all the year round. If the design needs to be sorted periodically, to fix parts bolts better.

Completion phase – covering. Sheets of cellular carbonate bend perfectly and cut. They are marked according to the plan, fixed by means of self-tapping screws. The gap considering expansion of material at increase in temperatures is obligatory.

In faces of the greenhouse are established unary or pairs of doors on metal framework. They can be collected independently, fixing metalprofile pieces self-tapping screws. Some owners of greenhouses do doors to order. In this case in them it is possible to make additional window leaves for airing.
