Registration of windows
Understand registration of wall, adjacent to the window block, as warm slopes and windowsill sandwich panels or integrated frothed plastic with obligatory laying of thermal insulation material, sometimes – waterproofing course. Panels in that case are part of window and are selected in tone to box and accessories.
Actually plastic part of warm slopes serves for protection and decor of inside heat-insulation layer which is formed not only at the expense of special materials, but also at the expense of the airbag: frothed plastic naturally holds air, and grooves and connection grooves have sandwich panel. Mounting of warm slopes makes up to 25% of the cost of works on installation of plastic window, you can reduce the cost of mounting of window, having made with slopes with own hands.
It will be required to you: - electrofret saw; - corner from PHV; - acrylic sealant; - polyurethane foam; - liquid nails; - painting adhesive tape; - PHV sandwich panel. In addition the tape measure, ruler, marker, knife and gun can be necessary for you for work with liquid nails and sealant.
Mounting of panels
For a start it is necessary to cut off knife excess polyurethane foam which remained after installation of window, then to cut in polyurethane foam groove of 1 cm in depth and 1.5 cm wide. After performance of these works it is possible to prepare the panel for installation. At the same time on the general width of the panel it is necessary to add 1 cm which will enter groove from polyurethane foam. Height of the panel will be equal to height of window opening. Below sandwich panel has to rise on the windowsill basis. Windowsills are established at an angle therefore when sawing sandwich panel it is necessary to pay attention to it. Fixing of panels happens as follows: fill in with barrel of polyurethane foam cavity between slope and the panel on height. Then take liquid nails and apply them on edge panel sandwich. Install the panel. After you have mounted side panels, it is possible to start mounting of the top panel of window. It is mounted in just the same way, as well as side panels, only on its width it is necessary to add 1 cm which will enter groove from polyurethane foam at window. After mounting of all sandwich panels it is possible to start fringing of window opening plastic corner. For this purpose it is desirable to use corner of 10х20 mm in size. When mounting corner you measure length of each party of window opening, saw off corner and mount it on liquid nails. Further for drying it is necessary to record sandwich panel and corner painting adhesive tape. The adhesive tape is put with strips at distance of 25-30 cm. It is possible to remove it for 2-3 day.
