Further calculations
It is necessary to add the area of the bathroom, toilet, the hall, kitchen, the boiler house and corridors to the total area of three bedrooms and the living room (in this example it makes 102 square meters). At least, the digit increases by 40 square meters and will make about 142 square meters at this stage of calculations. However and that is not all. Only the area of necessary rooms therefore it is possible to add safely about 100 more square meters on additional rooms which will be not so superfluous for full comfort appeared in these calculations. It is about guest rooms, office, sauna, the gym, billiard room, the room for smoking. As a result, the area of the house for four people is approximately equal to 242 square meters. Here it is necessary to emphasize on the word "approximately" as each person has different requests and different concepts for comfort. When calculating cost of such house, it is necessary to consider that it is necessary to lay out rather solid sum for the project of the building, repair works, communications and furniture.
