Ingredients:

  • Average carrots 1
  • Onion of 1 average size
  • Half-bunch greens
  • Garlic 2 cloves (at will)
  • Peas dry a half-glass (if to prepare on water, then it is necessary to take the whole glass of peas)
  • black pepper (peas for broth and ground for taste)
  • Salt
  • Vegetable purified oil 2 tablespoons  

Recipe

Onions, carrots, garlic and potatoes to wash and clean from a peel. Cut onions in small cubes, carrots to grate, to cut potatoes averages into cubes, to crush garlic. We wash greens and small we cut.
