With wild berries great pastries - house, fragrant, gentle turn out. We offer you the recipe of the Finnish pie with fresh blueberry. If to get fresh berries it is problematic, also frozen will approach.

It is required to you

  • - 200 g of sour cream;
  • - on 150 g of blueberry, torments;
  • - on 100 g of cottage cheese, a desi;
  • - 75 g of sugar;
  • - 50 g of almonds;
  • - 3 yolks;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - vanillin, salt.

Instruction

1. For the test chop a knife the cooled desi with flour, the cottage cheese crushed by almonds and a pinch of salt. Chopped dough will turn out at us, hammer into it egg, carefully mix.

2. Lay a baking dish baking paper, lay out in it ready dough, create small sides, in several places pierce a fork and remove approximately for 1 hour in the fridge to be cooled.

3. Prepare filling: mix sour cream with vitelluses, sugar and vanillin to a uniform state. Instead of vanillin also vanilla sugar will approach - it is necessary for giving of special aroma to ready pie.

4. Pour out the turned-out filling on refrigerated dough in shape, from above lay out a fresh or frozen berries of blueberry. If berries frozen, them previously it isn't required to defreeze.

5. Put pie in the oven which is in advance warmed up up to 180 degrees bake 30-40 minutes. Of course, it is necessary to be guided by the oven and the size of a form (time is specified approximate for a form with a diameter of 23 centimeters). The thickened stuffing is a sign of readiness of pie.

6. Before pulling out pastries from a form and to cut on portion pieces, the Finnish blueberry pie has to cool down. This rule concerns any other berry pie.
