  • 5 pieces of a fresh-frozen herring;
  • 10 tablespoons of salt;
  • 6 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 12 laurel leaves;
  • 25 peas of a black pepper;
  • 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil, are desirable not refined;
  • 2 h spoon of seeds of mustard;
  • 2 liters of water.

Way of preparation

  • At first we prepare a herring. We defreeze fish, we clean. We delete gills and all entrails. At will it is possible to cut off a tail. Well we wash out and we stack in a 3-liter jar. To fish we fill up bay leaf, seeds of mustard and black pepper.
