How tasty to make rice with forcemeat, onions and carrots

The boiled rice complemented with saturated meat subfrying with vegetables can serve as ideal option of a dinner for all family. Such dish turns out not only rich and nutritive, but also very budgetary. Besides it is preparing all for half an hour.

It is required to you

  • - round grain rice - 500 g;
  • - House forcemeat (pork and beef) - 400 g;
  • - onions - 3 pieces;
  • - carrots - 1 piece;
  • - black sprinkling pepper;
  • - salt;
  • - sunflower oil for frying;
  • - pan, frying pan.

Instruction

1. Wash out rice several times until water becomes completely transparent. Then pour it into a pan and pour in so much water that it covered a layer rice on 2 cm. Bring to the boil, immediately if desired add salt, and then reduce temperature to a minimum, cover and you cook about 20 minutes until rice absorbs in itself all liquid and will become soft.

2. Meanwhile, while rice cooks, we will prepare for it meat subfrying with vegetables. Peel onions and carrots. Onions chop a quarter rings, and grate carrot.

3. As soon as vegetables are prepared, take a frying pan and properly heat it. After that pour in sunflower oil and as soon as it enough gets warm, lay out onions in a frying pan and fry it till golden color.

4. Then add mincemeat to onions and together carefully mix everything. As soon as forcemeat changes color and will become light, add grated carrots to a frying pan and fry it together with meat and onions to semi-readiness (about 5-7 minutes).

5. Now reduce temperature to a minimum, cover a frying pan and you extinguish subfrying within 10-15 minutes to full readiness of forcemeat, stirring slowly with it from time to time. As soon as meat subfrying is ready, add to a frying pan a black sprinkling pepper and salt to taste.

6. By this moment rice already for certain cooked. Directly from a frying pan shift to it meat subfrying and together well mix everything. At the same time a pan with a dish don't remove a couple of minutes from a hot plate that rice properly absorbed in itself aroma of meat and vegetables.

7. Such rice with forcemeat can be served at once to a table. As snack the pickles and also cucumbers tomatoes salad and fresh chopped greens (green onions, parsley, etc.) will be ideal for it.
