How to cook meatless soup

Lenten (fast) soups can be cooked both on a plate, and in an oven. At the same time it is much simpler, easier to cook soup in an oven, than on a plate. Components don't demand preprocessing, and therefore all process is reduced to two main stages: - the preparation of products including cleaning and crushing; about in general process of preparation of meatless soup same, as well as proyets of preparation of a meat soup. Recipes of meatless (vegan) soups

  • Take 1 glass of haricot, fill in with water and leave for the night. Then drain water, fill in fresh and cook haricot until ready within about 1 hour. 
  • In a pan with a thick bottom heat 3-5 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Oil has to be warm, there is no need to warm "to a smoke". Put the onions and turnip cut in cubes in oil. Onions take 100 grams, and turnips - 400 grams. Cover a pan, you stew vegetables on the weakest fire about 5 minutes. 
  • Add 150 grams of thinly chopped white cabbage. Again cover and you extinguish until cabbage doesn't become soft. 
  • Now pour in a pan with vegetables 1.5 liters of hot water, bring to the boil on strong fire, put the prepared haricot. 
  • You cook on average fire of 5 minutes. 
  • On the expiration of the specified time put 400 grams of small cut sorrel in a pan. To taste put salt, sugar and a black sprinkling pepper. 
  • You cook Russian cabbage soup no more than 2 more minutes, then remove from fire. 

Vegetable soup with millet.

  • In a cauldron warm 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, put in oil 100 grams of a squash cut in small cubes and 100 grams of pumpkin.
  • Scald a half of a glass of millet boiled water, drain water, and put grain in a cauldron where pumpkin and a squash are stewed.
  • Pour 1.5 liters of hot water, put salt and spices. 
  • You cook soup within 15 minutes, then put the greens cut small and remove from fire. 

Pumpkin soup. Feature of this soup from pumpkin - a way of preparation. This soup in an oven is cooked that does it especially fragrant and bright. 

  • Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a stewpan, a fire-resistant pan or a cauldron. Put 150 grams of the onions cut by straws, 400 grams of potatoes cut by quarters and 200-300 grams of the pumpkin cut in cubes. Put spices and dry herbs to taste. Pour 1 liter of hot water. 
  • Warm an oven up to the temperature of 200 degrees and place the container with soup on a lattice. Prepare about half an hour. 
  • Wipe ready soup by means of the submersible blender. 

Also options of recipes for meatless soups can be borrowed from syroyed. Syroyedchesky pea cream soup. 

  • Fill in an incomplete glass, about three quarters of volume, the cleaned sunflower seeds of sunflower with water for 30 minutes. Drain water. 
  • Take 100 grams of hulled green peas, connect to the sunflower sunflower seeds soaked in water. 
  • Here add garlic, sea salt, pepper to taste and fill in with a cold clear water of 350 ml. 
  • Wipe by means of the blender. 

Syroyedchesky beetroot soup.

For carrot in Korean

  • rasp a carrots half, a half of a fresh cucumber, a half of small turnip and a half of small beet. 
  • At will add the sweet onions cut in small cubes. 
  • Put the crushed greens and a pinch of sea salt. 
  • Pour clean cold or warm, it isn't higher than 40 degrees, water in the quantity sufficient before obtaining desirable consistence of soup.
